Properties for Rent

You will be provided with a QR code at the home open through which you will submit your application.

Typically, applications are processed within 2–3 business days depending on the number of applications. This may vary depending on how quickly references respond.

AB Realty will only accept applications from prospective tenants or representative who has viewed the property.

To process your application, we require:
• Photo ID (driver’s license or passport)
• Proof of income (recent payslips or bank statements)
• Rental history (previous rental references, if applicable)
• Personal references
Providing complete documentation helps us assess your application promptly.

We assess applications based on:
• Rental history: References from previous landlords or agents
• Financial stability: Ability to afford the rent (income verification)
• Identification & background: Ensuring all documents are valid
The final decision is at the landlord’s discretion.

Once approved, you will be required to:
• Pay the security bond (equivalent to four weeks’ rent) and pet bond if applicable.
• Pay two weeks’ rent in advance
• Sign the lease agreement
We will also provide details on key collection and move-in procedures.
